A letter to our friends…

A review of the discussions we have engaged in with visitors, members and mentors’; I have noted a perception members  feeling ‘overwhelmed.’  The consensus is ‘societal’ and  pressures affecting our daily  personal lives.

Purpose of Office Hour Change

Moderators in the ‘LegitFlip’ community recognize that flexibility and clear communication are key to keeping our ohana strong.

LegitFlip serves as the creative operations hub within the Surf-Connection network — the place where our contributors, cohorts, and community partners coordinate schedules, share updates, and manage collaborative projects.

When office hours shift — whether due to travel, production cycles, or creative workloads — LegitFlip.com ensures every respondent is informed promptly and knows where to direct their inquiries or submissions.

This helps us:

• Maintain transparency in our communication,

• Provide continuity of support across all Surf-Connection and EquitySurfer projects, and

• Encourage self-directed collaboration, even when core office hours are limited.

In short, LegitFlip keeps the creative engine running smoothly — bridging schedule gaps so our community always has a point of contact, a place to create, and a way to stay connected. 🌺

As a result, effective immediately we are adjusting our ‘Office Hours’ to make ourselves available as needed for the membership.

Our New Spring Office Hours

• • Saturday – 0530 to 1430

• • Tuesday – 0530 to 1430

• • Thursday – 0530 to 1430
